The Economy of the Hispanic Community

AUGUSTA, GA (PR) - Two organizations are engaged in a local community outreach contacts to assist with recruiting between 9-12 focus group participants in Augusta. The entity can compensate a recruiter for $20/hr up to 5 hours with a VISA giftcard. Goodwill has partnered with Georgia Center for Non-profits to  learn more about the employment, educational and training needs of the Hispanic community. They are looking for Hispanics or Hispanics descendants willing to participate in a focus group.

“The responsibilities include reaching out to the specific target population, (never utilized career services from Goodwill or affiliated centers, between the age of 18-30 years, and Naturalized, DACA (Dreamers) or US born Hispanics), vetting them for these requirements, and registering a minimum of 9 and no more than 12 participants for the appropriate focus group.  Unfortunately, due to the type of research we cannot accept more than 12 participants, so that is why we require a registration number to participate.

“For registration, we use first-come, first-serve if there are more than 12 people interested in participation.  The recruiter must record the name, phone number, age and language preference on a shared online document (Google Doc) that is only accessible by GCN and the recruiter.

“If you know anyone interested, please have them contact me as soon as possible so I can answer any questions and get them set up with the appropriate documents for registration.”
