Joshua Jones: A 'Killer' Performance

The life of Cayce Vice, a hardworking 21-year-old college student preparing for motherhood ended sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning, according to the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators believe it was around that time Vice's boyfriend, 26-year-old Joshua Jones, killed her before going to Aiken and shooting Aiken Department of Public Safety Master Corporal Sandra Rogers.

According to some reports, 3 weeks ago Jones beat up Vice and broke her nose.
Vice also found out she was pregnant when she went to the doctor.

Meanwhile, investigators are still trying to piece together what happened and why Jones suddenly shot his girlfriend and a law enforcement officer.

There are reports that Jones stabbed his father twice when he was a teen. Jones later spent more than 100 days in jail in 2009 for weapons possession and assault. Jones' criminal past dates back at least 10 years.

There will be a vigil Thursday night at The Greens apartment complex where Vice was killed.
