Vision Impairment Services $177,859 - Mobility training and equipment for older adults with vision loss
Caregiver Support Services $405,556 - Non-Medicaid Home and Community Based Respite Services and $225,000 for Alzheimer’s Respite Services. These funds provide almost 62,000 hours of caregiver support.
Services include:
• medical adult day care • in-home respite care • in-home personal care
• support for caregivers • meals and groceries • help with transportation

Long Term Care Ombudsman Program & Adult Protective Services $1,611,520 to prevent reduction in service to nursing home residents.
Federal funding used for the last 2 years during the economic downturn is no longer available.
